A well-drilling construction team is a team with clear division of labor and coordinated operations. Its basic composition and responsibilities can be divided based on project management, technical, and operational support aspects to ensure high engineering efficiency and safe completion.

1. Management team: core of the project

The management team is the core of decision-making for the project, responsible for overall coordination and control.

Project Manager: Fully responsible for the overall management, schedule control, and resource allocation of the project, ensuring that the project progresses as planned.

Construction manager: directly responsible for the organization of on-site construction and safety production management.

Technical Director: Responsible for formulating construction plans, providing process guidance, and resolving on-site technical issues.

II. Technical Team: Quality Assurance

The technical team provides specialized support for the project, ensuring that the technical solutions are scientific and feasible.

Drilling Engineer/Technician: Select drilling processes and drilling methods based on geological conditions, and supervise the quality and safety of drilling operations.

Mud engineer/mud worker: Responsible for configuring and maintaining drilling fluid, ensuring its cooling, lubrication, and rock-carrying functions are normal, which is a key factor affecting drilling speed and safety.

Geological Engineer/Geologist: Responsible for geological exploration, analyzing underground rock formations and aquifer distribution, collecting and analyzing rock cuttings samples during drilling, and recording geological data.

III. Operation and Support Team: Specific Implementation

The operation and support team are the direct executors of construction, responsible for operating equipment and performing related auxiliary tasks.

Driller: Operate the drilling unit and control key parameters such as bit pressure and rotational speed, which directly affect drilling efficiency.

Mechanical operator/driller: Responsible for operating drilling rigs, excavators, and other equipment, and performing routine maintenance.

Welder/Installer: Responsible for well casing welding, installing wellbore casing, water filtration devices, and water pumps.

Safety supervisor and quality inspector: The safety supervisor is responsible for on-site safety inspections, hidden danger investigations, and safety training; the quality inspector is responsible for supervising the quality of each process to ensure that the well completion quality meets the standards.
